Brianna Metzler brings over a decade of experience in real estate, supported by a strong background in operations and marketing. Her career is rooted in organization, strategy, and client-focused service, giving her a well-rounded perspective and the ability to confidently guide clients through major transactions.
Recently, Brianna relocated to Sparks, Nevada, drawn by the area’s strong sense of community, growing neighborhoods, and access to outdoor recreation and local businesses. As a new resident, she offers both a fresh perspective and deep professional experience, actively exploring Northern Nevada while building meaningful connections and helping others find a place to call home.
A graduate of Oregon State University–Cascades with a B.S. in Entrepreneurial Marketing and Management, Brianna has always balanced multiple roles and passions. She owns a small business dedicated to helping other small businesses streamline and manage their operational tasks—an extension of her commitment to supporting local entrepreneurs and sustainable growth.
Brianna’s love for community-building and creative promotion shines through her involvement in the craft beer industry. An avid supporter, she is also the voice behind the craft beer blog @orbeerbabe, where she proudly champions independent breweries and all things craft beer.
Outside of work, Brianna enjoys tending to her houseplants and yard flowers, crafting, traveling to explore new beer destinations, and spending time with her 1+ year-old “Blue Sausage” (a blue heeler–dachshund mix)—usually while wearing a pair of cool statement earrings.
